Sable is a very loving Rottweiler/Labrador mix who was raised as a member of the family. She loves people, children, cats and other dogs. Her family is heartbroken to let her go but their lives have changed dramatically and they want her to have what they can no longer give her. In addition to her sunny and affectionate nature, Sable rings a bell when she has to go out, is good in the car and on a leash and knows basic commands. She loves learning and can be taught anything. She loves attention and needs a loving family who has time for walks, playing and snuggling. Sable is in excellent health and is 9 - 10 years old. Sable is 90 ... Rescue Me ID: 15-12-15-00332Leonidas (Leo) (male)

Rottweiler    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Needs to be Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Very lovable, well trained to hand and verbal commands. Heels on demand. Fears squirt bottle. Plays soccer (dribbles and plays well) AMAZING with children, especially babies. Unaltered, so has a dominance issue with other unaltered male dogs. Would need proper training with other dogs. (Lived with fixed GSD with minor bouts, most likely started by the GSD). He likes to put himself to bed at bedtime and sleep in, especially in cold weather. He kind of wanted to eat my cat, so I'd suggest no cats, or good training. Has a cherry eye that has never been addressed. Up to date on shots as of (July 2014) but unfortunately doesn't have record. ... (Read More)Likes to mark trees, and snores. Loves bones and riding in the front seat. Needs to be rehomed due to housing issues and lack of availability to be loved properly (long work hours). (Less)
