Check out my adorable 'kiss me now' look! If you're ready for some smooching, I'm game. My name is Champ, and I'm a super happy and friendly 4 month old, 20 lb (yep, kinda small!) Shepherd mix. I totally understand why everyone who sees me has to stop to comment on my cuteness and my Texas heritage! Included on my daily 'to-do' list are exploring everything in the great outdoors, making new friends wherever I go, taking a nice walk on a leash (I have great leash manners - and if it were up to me, I'd stop to chat with every human and dog I pass!). If you happen to throw in some kids and other dogs, my day is complete - with snuggle time at the end of course. After a fun day, I'm happy to crash in my crate and sleep quietly all night long. If you want a gorgeous boy to complete your family and are willing to keep the treats, fun, and love coming my way, you've found your new BFF. I'm also microchipped, neutered, and vaccinated and my adoption fee is $450. To adopt my handsome self, please submit an app: www.OlliesAngelsAnimalRescue.org (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 17-08-29-00236Jazmine (female)|
Hi, My name is Jazmine I am learning all my manners. I am very smart and a bit of a wise guy i like to chew on my bone or crunch ice cubes. OMG Ice cubes are my favorite as soon as i hear the food box making that sound i know to be there because my foster dad will normally hand one to me I love to chomp them. sometime i will bring them to my crate where i feel safe to enjoy my treats. all i want tis to be with my pack and be close to them mom and dad say i have grown so much these past few months i dunno about that i still feel like i am the same size but no matter as long as there is a scratch behind my ear and something to do i am a happy girl. my foster dad want to tell you some stuff i guess.... ohh look a ice cube... Hi this is Jesse Jaz's Foster dad. well we had he as a pup with her litter mates and mom and everone got a home i got to feel like Oprah ( you get a home and you get a home). But Jaz came back to us a year later her new family couldn't meet the needs of her breeds. Jaz would be a wonderful running partner or a camp dog or a long trail hiking dog she needs to DO something all the time. she is loyal and so sweet and just want all the love you have to give. she came back to us with no manners at all. so we have been working with her for the past 6 months. It has been a long road and she is finally to a place where she can start looking for her forever home. she is a quick study and will adapt quickly. so here is the part where i lay out her issues. she can be fearful and timid and that results in a dribble of pee in the house from time to time she is actively working on this and all the pressure she feels is from a botched attempt to potty train her from her old home. i think they used force on her when she had accident. she is a submissive dog to her pack and just wants attention. a bit more about her: she is a cattle dog Rottweiler mix and like i said before we fostered her mom and whole litter ( we still see her litter mates from time to time) so please contact us to set up a phone interview and home visit (Less)

However not good with other dogs ,She has issues with mostly small dogs I believe she was being taunted with small dogs and being allowed to be attacked by them and other bigger dogs by her previous owners . She needs a home I can't take care of her right now and hate to bring her to NYCACC they are a kill shelter ...

Rottweiler Dogs can make good pets in New York if they match your IifestyIe. The Rottweiler is a large breed herding and guard dog. Rottweilers are very stable and brave. This breed needs a firm, experienced handler from the very beginning. Rottweilers can be good family pets that are trustworthy with children and other pets if they are trained and socialized from an early age. If a Rottweiler is not treated properly it can become aggressive. Rottweilers need plenty of exercise and can run in open country without a leash. Rottweilers can live in an apartment or a home with a small yard if they get enough exercise.
