Rescue Me ID: 15-11-19-00032Steele (male)
I took Steele and his sister Bella in after original owner couldn't keep them. I have another rescue dog that is around there age and is male. I have a acre of land. But my original male scout didn't take well to Steele. And it has gotten to the point that I have to keep them separated on cables. I hate this with a passion. I love my dogs so I have to get rid of Steele. Steele is a very good dog. He is good with family kids and female dogs. He is fixed. Has all of his shots up to date. And is micro chipped. He will come with his leash. Foodbowls dog house and crate. I hate doing this but I have no choice. Think you

Rescue Me ID: 15-11-03-00294Sadie (female)
Hi! I'm Sadie, and my foster mom tells me I will make someone a great pet. I am around 5 years old and weigh about 80 pounds. I know my basic commands, but I'm a little stiff so sometimes I'm a little slower to sit. Things I love are bones, riding in the car, and I love to cuddle and just be near you. I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to swim. I am wonderful with kids of all ages, have no food aggression, and even like smaller dogs! I am crate trained and don't bark or whine when I go in my crate but sometimes can be a little stubborn at first when my foster mom wants me to go in the crate. I can't help it, I want to be with them! Oh, and did I tell you that I'm completely house broken? I am! I do need longer potty breaks, though, because I like to take my time. I'm a lady! Even though I'm 7, I still have my moments where I feel like a puppy and love to play and act like a goofball. I am really scared of sirens of any kind, though, so I howl and bark like crazy when I hear them just to make sure they don't come near me. My foster mom says at times this is funny when I do this. Since I am so loyal, I can be possessive of 'my person' but do well with some correction, so I probably will need my forever home person to have experience with my breed. I like other dogs, but sometimes I might butt heads if another dog has a dominant personality. I don't fight, but just get a little jealous of dominant dogs. Oh yeah, I almost forgot! I do wonderfully in large crowds, so I just wanted you to know that. Overall, my foster mom says I'm so sweet and eager to please. She loves me so much and how cuddly and incredibly goofy I am. I am looking for my forever home and will make you such a loyal, good pet! I promise!!! Sadie is Heartworm Positive. Your donation will help SSRR with her treatment so she can be adopted to a loving home. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 15-10-22-00086Rodeo (male)
Rodeo is a big loveable giant. He wants to be with his people. He loves to be outside during the day, so he really needs a family who has a fence. He is awesome with children and other animals. He is submissive, very obedient, laid back, and very loyal. He is an ideal family dog. Housebroken, crate trained, leash trained, and basic commands are known.

Rescue Me ID: 15-10-18-00577Uzi (female)
We love our sweet Uzi so very much. We brought her in off the streets about 6 months ago, with the intention of giving her a forever home. Her funny quirks brighten up our days and her friendly disposition allows her to get along with everyone! However, we simply do not have room for her at our house. We have a very small, fenced-in side area that she can roam around in, but it's just not enough. She has also discovered how to jump the 6-foot chain-link fence that surrounds the area, and will escape out into the neighborhood often. She is petite in stature (about 30lbs) and a little over 1 year old. She is completely updated on all shots/vaccines and has been spayed as well. She LOVES to run and play, snuggle, and is excellent with both adults and children. We would love to see her go to someone that has the space she needs and will give her all the love and belly rubs she deserves! If you are interested in taking her in, or know someone who may be, please let us know! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 15-10-12-00355Jr (male)
[Read About Natural Seizure Care] Jr is a pure rottie that will be 2yrs old this December. We were told he is up to date on vaccinations but were given no records of it. He is obedience trained, housebroken to a doggie door and crate trained. He does not know a stranger and just wants love. We would love to keep him but he is not doing well in our environment, as we are very busy and our other dogs bully him. So he needs someone with lots of time and love to give to him. He does well with other animals that he has come into contact with so far. However Jr does have epilepsy. He is on medication for this and does well on it. He also spends a lot of time turning circles. I do not know why he does that or if it is related to the epilepsy. He hasn't seemed bothered by it these few months we have had him. We are asking the fee to help with some of his expenses, & a vet reference is also required. We prefer that you have both breed and special needs dog experience as well. If you think you may be the perfect home for this boy please contact me to set up a meet and greet. We will be willing to allow a reputable rescue to take him as well. (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Rottweiler in Oklahoma
Rottweiler Dogs can make good pets in Oklahoma if they match your IifestyIe. The Rottweiler is a large breed herding and guard dog. Rottweilers are very stable and brave. This breed needs a firm, experienced handler from the very beginning. Rottweilers can be good family pets that are trustworthy with children and other pets if they are trained and socialized from an early age. If a Rottweiler is not treated properly it can become aggressive. Rottweilers need plenty of exercise and can run in open country without a leash. Rottweilers can live in an apartment or a home with a small yard if they get enough exercise.
