Ragnar is a very sweet boy who wants to play and be loved. He is house trained and love to play with toys. He is great at fetching but doesn't always bring the toy back to you. He can sit and is working on learning lay down. He will bark at a stranger to alert you, but doesn't constantly bark by any means. He is happy indoors or outdoors, we have him doing a little bit of both. He would be great with kids or adults. He was homeless when we took him in, but we cannot keep him as we already have 2 other dogs.

Rottweiler    Age: Adult

Health: Needs to be Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Xaus has been a great companion for me and my wife over the last 7 years but we now have a small child and do not have the time Xaus deserves. He is also not that great with our 18 month old daughter. He basically ignores her but is still a source of anxiety for us.

Wonderful, sweet Rottie. About 3 yrs old at most. Showed up at my place about a month ago. Puppy been having puppies. Came in heat, got her spayed, Rabies vacc. Has manners, some training. Very friendly. Happy dog. I like her and just gave into keeping her again but just found her harassing my two week old foal. Not aggressively. She ran through a gate before and busted his nose. Scares him to death. Has tried to 'play' with other horses. Last time...it's unacceptable. I will post photos when I can get them out of my phone into this laptop.

For questions about adoption or Molly Please fill out this form..... http://cimarronvalleyhumanesociety.wordpress.com/adoption-application/....Golly Miss Molly, who is a 2 year old Rott-Hound (Rottweiler/Hound Hybrid), was rescued from a back yard breeder who was trying to produce an Oklahoma Rottweiler (no such thing). Besides not knowing what he was doing, this breeder did nothing but contribute to a society full of puppies with no place to go. Molly's puppies were taken from her so she was known to play 'mother' to other dogs in the shelter. She is loving and playful but can be timid when with the wrong dog. She loves going on walks and ... (Read More)sniffing the ground. Her adoption fee is $50 which includes altering and vaccinations and she is crate trained/house broke. Please call/text her foster mom, Teri, at (918) 914-0169 or email her at CimarronValley@gmail.com. We require our dogs have a fenced yard (accommodated in some cases), for their protection.....Keep up with the animals at Cimarron Humane on our Face Book page .....https://www.facebook.com/CimarronValleyHumaneSociety?ref=stream (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Rottweiler in Oklahoma
Rottweiler Dogs can make good pets in Oklahoma if they match your IifestyIe. The Rottweiler is a large breed herding and guard dog. Rottweilers are very stable and brave. This breed needs a firm, experienced handler from the very beginning. Rottweilers can be good family pets that are trustworthy with children and other pets if they are trained and socialized from an early age. If a Rottweiler is not treated properly it can become aggressive. Rottweilers need plenty of exercise and can run in open country without a leash. Rottweilers can live in an apartment or a home with a small yard if they get enough exercise.
