Rescue Me ID: 17-12-14-00229Sarge (male)
Sarge is a graduate with highest honors from our boarding school. He is amazingly brilliant at all the basic obedience skills. He needs to be an only dog or with small dogs. He is very loving but shy around men. He is getting better though. He comes with a year of private lessons at Meadowbrooke Kennel.

Rescue Me ID: 17-04-19-00290CoCo (female)
CoCo is an amazingly loving beautiful baby girl. She is approximately 1 year old. She enjoys playing and a good back scratching. She gets along great with her foster sister Bear Bear. She hates lawnmowers and rakes. LOL. I would not suggest really small kids as she is a stout little girl at 50 lbs. If you are interested please email us for an application.

Rescue Me ID: 15-05-31-00079Sammie (male)
Sammie, or as we call her, Sam, is a spirited girl at 16 months old. She's made great strides in a year, from being scared of everything to being more interested in the big world. She's a happy, loving girl who loves to play and run with her dog companions. She likes having a companion dog to go outside with and rough and tumble with. She has become the typical teenager, talking back to her humans when she feels she has something to say. Her 'roo-roos' are comical and it's hard not to laugh at her vocalizations. She also likes to grab you with her paw to get your attention, meaning she's trying to tell you something. Sam has been learning manners and sits nicely, making eye contact, for her meals and treats. Still in need of some leash training, she wants to pull and wander a bit on walks. She likes her walks, and rides in the car quite nicely. Still a bit shy in meeting strangers, she will warm up to them if they offer her a treat. Sam is house trained and kennel trained and is quite willing to go into her kennel with just a 'kennel up' command, but she really likes a peanut butter stuffed Kong, too. She weighs 48 pounds and will probably not get any bigger. She does well with small and large dogs and, though still interested in cats, does not hurt them other than to want to mouth them. A simple 'leave it' command works to curb her interest. Sam is well-mannered and has learned many commands. All she needs now is someone to call her own. (Less)

Rottweiler Dogs can make good pets in Tennessee if they match your IifestyIe. The Rottweiler is a large breed herding and guard dog. Rottweilers are very stable and brave. This breed needs a firm, experienced handler from the very beginning. Rottweilers can be good family pets that are trustworthy with children and other pets if they are trained and socialized from an early age. If a Rottweiler is not treated properly it can become aggressive. Rottweilers need plenty of exercise and can run in open country without a leash. Rottweilers can live in an apartment or a home with a small yard if they get enough exercise.
