Hi, my name is " COFFEE" but I do not care to much about that name. I was a surrender by my previous owner who rescued me from a junkyard. I was and still am emaciated but starting to gain some weight. Currently I weigh 80 lbs and need to get min. 20 lbs. more on me. I know all ready how to sit and sometimes I even lay down. Leash walk is NOT in me because I was never walked on a Leash, so I sure pull a lot. I do NOT mind the outside, but than I do not know better. My rescue MOM brings me in and really show me how to behave inside a home. I still mark but I get corrected fast. My rescue MOM think that I was beaten before, ... (Read More)because I flinch when you move your hand to fast in front of me. I sure got all my shots and got tested for Heart worms and Fical. I'm negative. So cool. I'm looking for an awesome, loyal, caring, loving family who knows about the breed. I'm NOT neutered yet but will be scheduled for end of Feb. 2015. So right now my adoption fee is $100.00 without Neuter and $150.00 with neuter. I love kids of any age, I do not like Male dogs. Females only if their not dominant. Find it in your Heart to give me a loving, caring, FUR ever home. An Adoption agreement has to be sign prior to adopt me. Please Spay/Neuter your animals. Saving one life at a time. (Less)

Patty is an 8 week old female lab mix. We guess her to be part Rottweiler based on some of her siblings. Patty was born to a feral mother and while she was young, a rescue pulled her and her siblings so that they would not follow the mom off. I was asked to find them homes. The mom has since been caught. I have had the puppies since they were 3 weeks old. Patty is great about sleeping in a crate at night. Patty has had her 1st puppy shot and has been wormed with a wormer that kills 4 kinds of worms. I am asking a $70 adoption fee to cover expenses and to ensure Patty finds an amazing forever home. If you are interested in Patty, please email ... (Read More)me or text me at 615-389-1014 and tell me a little about yourself. I am located in Orlinda, about 40 minutes north of Nashville. (Less)

The other rescues that usually would take faith in were full so we took her and put up the adoption money for the other rottie that was left. She is awesome with people and other dogs. She would prefer to be the only female dog in the house because she is a dominant female. She has done well with our 8 month old male dobe who is not very dominant. Very protective once she gets to know you. Knows some of her basic commands but gets excited to have human love. Please help t his girl ... (Read More)find her forever home. Rescue Me ID: 14-12-26-00180Monkey (male)

Rottweiler Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Female Dogs Only, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Abused/Neglected

We got monkey from another person about 6 months ago whom got him from another person . The reasoning for his previous owners getting rid of him was because they rented their home and their landlord found out that the dog was part Rottweiler. They said he was not leash trained, that he took off from the yard and would not come back and that he didnt know any commands. When we took over ownership of Monkey I had him sitting within 2 days of having him in my home. He now can sit, mostly stay, lay down, knows the command 'up', come and 'house'. He does not pull on the leash as his previous owner had said (at least with me he doesnt) he also ... (Read More)will stay in the un fenced yard when you are out with him without a leash. I do not have proof that Monkey was abused but there are signs that someone was aggressive with him. I grabbed on to his collar one day to keep him from running off( before his boundries were set) and he hit the ground, put his ears back and whined. He pees when he gets into trouble and he gets very bad seperation anxiety and will chew anything and everything he can find when we leave the house. His previous owners told us nothing about that. He is very submissive, very loving and he listens very well aside of those things. I have a 5 year old son and niece that lives with us along with my female lab mix dog and my sisters female dachshund. He came from the last home with a female as well so I do not know how he does with a male dog. He loves the kids and my other dog. He has now started jumping our fence and I can not keep him within the boundries of our yard when he is outside anymore. I refuse to put my animal outside completely or to chain up a dog so i want to give him THE best chance possible.I refuse to take an animal to the pound as well.I have really grown to love him but i just dont think he is a good fit for our family. There is a male pitbull whom is aggressive to other dogs 2 houses down from me and I would be distraught if anything were to happen between monkey and the other dog due to not being able to keep him within his yard anymore. My elderly neighbors are scared to come out of their house if he gets out but that is more of a breed ignorance type of scared. They think because he is part Rottweiler that he is a threat. He used to chase my other neighbors car down their driveway barking at them. I pretty much have him to where he doesn't do that anymore by using a command. He has never tried to bite anyone nor has ever 'showed his teeth' in agression. He has been very well taken care of since he's been with us. He is up to date on his vaccines and gets a monthly dose of heartworm. August 2015 is when his next set of vaccines is due. He's a hefty big boy weighing in at the last vet visit of 70lbs. He loves squeaky toys and loves to play with lasers.I do not want/have an adoption fee I just would like to see him go to. A good home. (Less)

Rottweiler    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Bear is an incredible dog with a sad past. After being tied up, left to die, abused, and neglected all he wants to do is love and be loved. Bear has separation anxiety and has to be crated when left home alone. When you open his crate he wants to give kisses and he wants a cheek rub. He is fully crate and house trained. Bear knows not to get on furniture and knows most of the basic commands. Although he weighs 94lbs be is a lap dog and is very content snuggling up with his owner. He loves to play tug-a-war, loves peanut butter filled kongs, and ear rubs. Bear gets along with larger dogs and likes to play tag with them. He doesn't do as well ... (Read More)with small dogs and can not live with cats. Bear needs a home with someone willing to buy him a nightlight as he doesn't care for the dark much. He also needs a furever home with someone that has time to spend with him to show him he isn't going to be left and doesn't need to stress about it. Right by your side is where he wants to be. He is very protective and incredibly loving (lets not forget incredibly strong!). If you have ANY questions please do not hesitate to email us! Here;s a little tip and Bear will love you for it. He LOVES TO BE BRUSHED. His foster dad brushes him twice a day. Bear must be adopted by someone local to Murfreesboro, TN. He has anxiety when going to a new person and his foster dad will help the new adopter get through this with Bear. (Less)

One of our Special Need dog is looking for a special home with understanding and patients. Pic 1: is me now. Pic 2: my beautiful face. Pic 3: what I was when I was found. Hi, I'm Bow. I was found on the streets near starvation. I was only 40.2 lbs when I was taking in by this wonderful rescuer. She took me to the vet right away to get blood tests for Heartworms and other Parasites. God watched over me and gave me everything Negative. But I had so many Fleas on me, so they gave me the pill what killed them right away. Was I happy because Miss Chi Chi gave me a wonderful warm Oatmeal bath ( my coat was horrible). After that I was so happy to ... (Read More)get a mouthwatering meal with Beef and Veggies. Every day She gave me such very good homemade food. I started to gain weight and my fur became awesome again. Now I weigh 92.8 lbs. Have all my shots and got neutered. I've had some wonderful people donate toward my recovery and Vet bill I do have one small problem, when I was found I 've had 2 full blowing ear infection and the result is that I'm DEAF. But I've learned some sign and hand language and know now how to sit, stay, come, lay down and keep watching for my leash walk how NOT to go left and right. I got a second chance in life and all thanks to Miss Chi Chi who is so patient with me and teach me all this wonderful things and that there are still awesome people out there who love us. So now, I'm looking for a family with maybe 1 female dog ( I love Female dogs, not so Males) who has a fenced in backyard and the same patient than Miss Chi Chi has. A family who maybe knows some sign and hand language ( is not a must because Miss Chi Chi will teach you). If you are this awesome family and would like to add me to yours, here I'm. Everyone says, that I'm, a sweetheart of dog. My adoption fee is $250.00 and potential Adopter will be screened and monitored. You also have to sign an adoption agreement, because Miss Chi Chi do NOT want me back in the situation I were in I thank you all in advance. Please Spay/Neuter your Animals. (Less)
